Fitness Motivation Tips From Dina Taji Al Farouki

We caught up with Dubai-based Fitness & Lifestyle Coach, Dina Taji Al Farouki after her talk on the Inspiration Stage, to understand more about her personal fitness motivation and inspirations. Dina talked about couples’ workouts with her husband Ben, and the fact that he is her number one inspiration.

The benefits of working out as a couple are huge, because you hold one another accountable, and are there to challenge each other at every step of the way.

Dina also talked about getting back into fitness, and the best ways to start off slow and work steadily towards achieving your fitness goals – getting your body adapted and focusing on the little things to begin with.
