Breast Cancer Awareness Month

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month again and this annual campaign with participation from different organisations around the world highlights the importance of awareness, education and action against the disease. The colour pink is in full force this October as the pink ribbon symbolises support, and it is also a strong reminder for women to get checked and do regular breast self-examination; gather right information about the disease, identify symptoms and understand the treatment; and to keep healthy and active by doing different sports and exercises.
