The new version of the Puma evoSPEED Superlight packs a big punch by weighing in at a mere 103 grams (lighter than an iPhone 6) while incredibly heavy on the innovation and style front. Without compromising its powerful features, even with the new lightweight design, the sharp-looking pair works like a lean, mean machine on the field — particularly on natural grass.

What’s new?

This 4^th generation version will see plenty of upgrades to its aerodynamic shape; the upper now features a softer and crisper cage-like fit for snugness and a great first-touch and control over the ball, while the shoe’s spine has been tweaked to ramp up stability and support for any player on the move.

The sleek number also tosses out traditional stud arrangements to bring in a mix of conical and bladed studs on the heel and forefoot for faster sprints and better traction on the field. For plenty of agility and quick-on-the-feet moments, the new super-thin and super-light nylon soleplate is another addition to a shoe that feels like it’s barely there.
