We are a people’s brand and the well-being of our people is something we often encourage. In our daily pursuits, we tend to neglect our fitness and good health.

All of the above with just a small investment of minimum 30 minutes a day. Only.

Sure this may seem to be a herculean task but it is PERFECTLY do-able by anybody with solid determination.

Doesn’t matter if you are new to the world of exercise, anybody and everybody is more than capable of achieving their fitness goals with just 30 mins of daily exercise.

BURN 300 Calories with Outdoor Activities

  • Jumping rope = 24 min
  • Running = 24 min
  • Biking = 30 min
  • Tennis = 35 min
  • Rollerblading = 35 min
  • Cross-country Hiking = 35 min
  • Horse grooming = 40 min
  • Golf (With carrying clubs) = 44 min
  • Playing with kids (Hide and Seek) = 48 min
  • Skateboarding = 48 min
  • Jogging = 24 min
  • Frisbee = 80 min
  • Volleyball = 80 min
  • Archery = 69 min
  • Horseback Riding = 69 min
  • Walking (1.6 km/h) = 60 min
  • Planting seeds = 60 min
  • Badminton = 54 min
  • Weeding the garden = 52 min
  • Hopscotch = 49min

So all you need to do is pick an activity and stick with it. If you feel bored, you may switch it up. But stick to working out at the very least 4 times a week.
