A Guide To Size Guides

One common question from online shoppers is “How do I find the right size?” Customers don’t have the opportunity to try on clothes or shoes before they hit that “Add To Bag” button, and though small, medium and large are standard, different brands have their own sizing charts and conversion tables. The Sun & Sand Sports size guide will help you find your right fit with our brands.

When you’ve found the item you want to purchase on sssports.com, you can easily find the size guide link on the right side of the product detail page. This directs you to the official size guide of the brand and you can check which is closest to your measurements.

Don’t know your measurements? For tops, grab a measuring tape to get your bust and waist size. For sports bras, measure your band size by wrapping the tape under the breast, and the cup by taking the tape from the middle of the chest to the side. Then check the SSS size guide for accurate sizing; above is the Nike chart for example.

For bottoms, pants and shorts, you need to know your height and measure your hips and inseam (inner leg length from thigh to ankle) for a better fit. Consider the hem length and fit construction of the garment. Above is the adidas’ size guide for example.

Most of us already know our shoe size, but for true-to-size fit, you can measure your feet from the top toe to the heel while wearing socks, then refer to the size chart.
