Mark your calendars and set your alarm clocks for 18th October, the count-down is on. If the previous years are any indication, then this year can only be bigger and better.

Yes, it’s almost time for the highly anticipated Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30.

A City On The Move

An admirable movement by H.H Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to establish city-wide involvement of the population, expect this year to have carnivals, fitness camps, energizing events, community-led events, and free-classes among other activities to help spur the people to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Why Should I Participate?

Without listing the technical nitty-gritty, the main reason why you should be a part of this is – a better quality of life.

Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in, day out

– Robert Collier

Pretty sure that there isn’t anybody who doesn’t want higher energy levels or a better night’s sleep; who wants to spend a fortune on pills and potions each day; who doesn’t want to be attractive even at 50 or be able to run and play despite the age.
All of the above with just a small investment of minimum 30 minutes a day. Only.

Better sleep, more energy, strength, better skin, longevity, improved performance; the benefits are by the TONS and if you fancy the serotonin, melatonin, oxytocin jargon then the internet is a vast library.
This right here is the crux of it all.

What You Can Start With

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or new to the world of exercise, anybody and everybody is welcome. As leaders in this field, we have a few tips on how you can squeeze the most juice (organic, mind you) out of these 30 days.

So all you need to do is pick an activity and stick with it. If you feel bored, you may switch it up. But stick to working out at the very least 4 times a week.
