And the GEL™ inserts in the forefoot and rearfoot, plus twin-layer FluidRide® cushioning absorb impact and allow easier foot movement.

Improved fit

The updates are more felt in the upper with its FluidFit® technology of gradient jacquard-mesh surface and 3D printed overlays, which improves the responsiveness while maintaining a comfortable fit. It adapts to your foot for a supportive and breathable fit throughout. ASICS’ unique Heel Clutching System (heel counter) stabilises the foot and improves support for a stronger run. Meanwhile, the seamless construction reduces friction and chances of discomfort.
