At first glance, the Nike EXP-X14 Shoe may look like a pure, streamlined running shoe but this is definitely one that’s pleasing to the fashion crowd too, with details that make this shoe good-looking as well as hard-working.

Nike React technology in the midsole offers the most responsive, springy return in a Nike running shoe and researchers experimented with hundreds of prototypes before unveiling the finished product. “EXP” stands for the experiment and “X-14” was in fact, the specimen that was later to become the Nike React technology.

Hints of the much hyped about Nike Zoom Vaporfly 4% shoe can also be seen in the Nike EXP-X14 shoe, with a similar tapered heel and TPU plate running in between the midsole.

Flywire cables are positioned on top of this shoe to support you when you work out. They work like suspension cables on a bridge, expanding and contracting according to how you move.

Fashion-Forward

The Nike EXP-X14 shoe takes inspiration from a retro classic, the Nike Zoom Drive.
